It's not a seafood buffet and crab legs aren't cheap. There are plenty of places with all you can eat crabs it's just more expensive. Grand East is Chinese/Japanese cuisine, the fact that they even have crab legs is a bonus.
The prices are the same weekdays and weekends.
Yuppers
Iam not sure price and time but i dont go there anymore
I have not seen roasted duck there.
No, this is a buffet however there are a lot of places in the area deliver
Was there for lunch They have a sushi bar, which I'm not big on. The buffet had salad bar along with soups The main course has a good variety And they had duck which I enjoy. And then you have dessert selection Which was pretty good Service and food. We're good. I will definitely try it again.
Food was decent. I do NOT like the fact they rounded up on my 23% tip. Only a couple of cents but BIG turnoff for me. No honesty. How many people have they done this to and how much extra tip have they made over the years?
I enjoyed the food both times I went I most definitely will be going back
Always a pleasure! I usually start off with some sushi, have some other food, and top it all off with some banana creme pudding - and then plop myself on the couch because I ate too much!
Not a good experience at all.. rush rush rush . caused them to spill hot food on me .. And clean up my table while I was getting desert still .. I was tired of hearing SORRY from them .. They need to slow down and let there paying customers enjoy what they are paying for !
Finest food, kind staff, regularly great mood. They charge convenient pricing and the food quality is good. Keep up the good work.
A nice smaller-sized Chinese buffet. Good selection of food, although not as much as others I've been to it gets the job done. My favorites are the pork dumplings, honey chicken, coconut chicken and bean rice wrapped in seaweed. Only thing is have the food just a bit hotter. Overall a nice place to eat
This spot is extraordinary and broad, the menu was delightful and the prices were very economical. rapidly, efficient service and very attentive waiters. Highly recommended.
Good quality and yummy food.. Steamed Dumplings and roasted duck is very tasty..Small but very good buffet...
The food must have been sitting for too long! The mixed seafood the scallops in a shell tasted like rubber! Couldn't even chew the food! I tried the cold shrimp and it was not devained! I like my string beans crisp, but I couldn't even chew them either! I do not recommend this place!
This was the last Chinese place within 5 miles of the office that I had not tried. So when I passed by Grand East Buffet while on an errands and unicorn run, I took the opportunity to stop by and try the buffet. I expected typical Chinese buffet mediocrity but I must say that I was impressed by the variety of food and the food itself. They have a good spread of Chinese dishes, sushi, fruit, dessert items, and other odds and ends. Service was okay for a buffet. They cleared away the used dishes and brought the check, all without my having to say a word.
This little buffet was surprisingly amazing and I'm glad I had a chance to try it while visiting Wilmington. The selection was pretty basic for most Chinese buffets but those classics were all very flavorful and fresh. They also have some different dishes, mostly due to being both a Chinese and Japanese buffet, and it was fun to try the sushi and other varied dishes. I was not disappointed and for the price it's hard to find anything to be nitpicky about. The waitresses were attentive and the decor was simple but very appealing. Overall great experience and if I lived in the area I would surely visit more often.
